Day 1
CARMARTHEN (EN ROUTE)
We make our way to Carmarthen for free time before continuing our journey to our hotel.
Days 2 - 4
At leisure in your resort plus we include 2 excursions:
ABERYSTWYTH & ABERAERON
Excursion to Aberystwyth, the largest town in Ceredigion. Much of the seafront and streets retain much of their Georgian and Victorian charm. Why not take the Cliff Railway up to Constitution Hill to enjoy fantastic views. We'll call in to charming Aberaeron on our return to our hotel.
DOLAUCOTHI GOLD MINES & CENARTH
A leisurely day visiting the Dolaucothi Gold Mines where we have arranged a guided tour of the unique underground mine workings. See and hear the 1930's mine and its machinery and have a go at gold panning. We return via the village of Cenarth with its spectacular falls.
Dolaucothi Gold Mines - the tour does encounter some steep slopes and strong footwear is recommended.
ST DAVID'S
We travel to the cathedral city of St David's, the smallest city in the UK. Later we take the coastal road travelling via Solva, Newgale and Haverfordwest.
Day 5
Return home.
